1. Laundry Services

  1. The Company provides laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding, as well as additional services as per the Customer's request.
  2. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any Customer for any reason, including but not limited to, inappropriate or hazardous items.

2. Pricing and Payment

  1. The Company's pricing for laundry services is available on our website or through other communication channels.
  2. All prices are subject to change without prior notice, and any discounts or promotional offers are at the Company's discretion.
  3. Payment for services is due at the time of delivery or as otherwise agreed upon between the Customer and the Company.
  4. The Company accepts cash, credit/debit cards, or any other forms of payment specified by the Company.

3. Order Placement and Schedule

  1. The Customer can place an order for laundry services through the Company's website, mobile application, phone, or in person.
  2. The Company will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the agreed-upon pickup and delivery schedule.
  3. In case of any delay or change in the schedule, the Company will inform the Customer in advance.
  4. The Customer must ensure that the laundry items are ready for pickup at the scheduled time and that access is granted for delivery.

4. Liability and Damages

  1. The Company will exercise reasonable care in handling the laundry items; however, it does not assume any liability for damage, loss, or shrinkage of items that occur during the laundering process.
  2. The Company is not responsible for any damage to or loss of personal items left in pockets or bags.
  3. The Company is not responsible for any damage caused by the Customer's failure to disclose special care instructions or instructions to avoid certain items.

5. Complaints and Refunds

  1. In the event of any complaint or concern regarding the laundry services, the Customer must contact the Company within 24 hours of the delivery.
  2. The Company will investigate and address the complaint in a timely manner and may, at its discretion, offer a refund or reprocess the laundry items.
  3. Refunds will be issued by the same payment method used for the original transaction.

6. Termination

  1. The Customer may terminate the agreement with the Company at any time by providing written notice.
  2. The Company may terminate the agreement with the Customer for any reason by providing reasonable notice.
  3. Upon termination, any outstanding payments, refunds, or obligations will be settled between the Customer and the Company.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

  1. The Company will handle the Customer's personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.
  2. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company may retain certain personal data for record-keeping and service-related purposes.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana.
  2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

9. Entire Agreement

  1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and the Company and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
